Note: I'm tracking data for many local markets around the U.S. I think it is especially important to watch inventory this year.

For Boston (single family and condos):

Closed sales in July 2021 were 3,101, up 14.4% from 2,710 in July 2020.

Active Listings in July 2021 were 3,719, down 23.4% from 4,853 in July 2020.  

Inventory in July was down 2.7% from last month.
