Mortgage rates were roughly unchanged to begin the week. That means they are staying in line with the lowest levels in more than a year. Only 2 or 3 days have been any better, depending on the lender, and the differences are minimal. [30YR FIXED 4.375 - 4.5%]

• At 8:30 AM, The Consumer Price Index for February from the BLS. The consensus is for 0.2% increase in CPI, and a 0.2% increase in core CPI.
