The FED Flow of Funds report was released today. It shows household mortgage debt increased $231.1 Billion in the 2nd quarter. The last 6 quarters (billions increase in household mortgages):

q1 2004: $198.8
q2 2004: $201.9
q3 2004: $283.9
q4 2004: $208.8
q1 2005: $178.7
q2 2005: $231.1
