Mortgage rates were generally unchanged today [30YR FIXED - 4.00%], compared to Friday afternoon's latest levels.  Only a handful of lenders responded to strength in bond markets this afternoon by offering rate sheet improvements.

• At 10:00 AM, Job Openings and Labor Turnover Survey for June from the BLS.
